quotes I'd definitely love to road trip! Especially with you since you know the good places to hit. I miss lift access, haven't had that since my days in Albuquerque, NM...and that was a looong time ago! I should have a good build up of PTO at work come late spring...and my girlfriend said she'd be down to road trip, and go do shit while I/we ride thee bikes. Trust me, we've talked about it! Hope all is well!!

quotes Thanks man! Not sure since there's a gazillion lines everywhere hehe. I have found a road gap that we have in the works. Just haven't touched it in about a week so we can ride while it's nice. I haven't been down to the very bottom in a while but once it's real friggin cold and snowy, we plan on doing a lot of hiking to find new lines etc.

quotes it was pretty good. landed it but about 20ft. out from tire contact i ended up on my side. not gonna lie, was a touch nervous so i was a bit more stiff than i normally would be and had a very slight tilt to the right making it rough. not to mention i had more speed than needed cuz i wanted to make sure i was going to clear the top of the landing pad...which i should've just figured i would. basically over shot the sweet spot of the landing...front tire to near flat. next time (if i get another chance before it gets too cold or the snow flies) i'll have it down. hard part is over...just doing it. it's a steep super fast approach so it's difficult to gauge the proper speed needed. got it gauged now hehe

No thanks man...this winter stuff KICKS ASS! I get phone calls at 3am to pull drunk people out of snow drifts, my mom wants me to drive to GAYville to scoop her friggin driveway everytime it flurries, had to wait 15 minutes the other day after work for the ice to melt so I could get in my truck(love remote start! Geez!)...hell no, spring would ruin all that!

I dig the pictures of your riding spot (I checked out some on Facebook as well). The new drop followed by the gap looks like a really fun line. Also, it looks like some nice dirt to work with as well. Nice work! See you at the Fat Tire Festival, hopefully you will dig the DH course. I am gonna be the race director and will hopefully be able to alter the route to make it a bit more fun, but we will have to see.

Looks like you have a pretty fun spot to play even though you are living in one of the flattest spots in the country. You will dig the Black Hills. We might not have the most vertical, but there is lots of great terrain. Look forward to seeing you ripping it in our neck of the woods.
